Common use of Individual Currency Loans Clause in Contracts

Individual Currency Loans. In connection with each borrowing of Individual Currency Loans in the same Currency, each Lender having an Individual Currency Commitment in such Currency shall make available an amount equal to the aggregate amount of such Individual Currency Loans, multiplied by such Lender’s pro rata portion thereof (pro rata among such Lenders in accordance with each such Lender’s Individual Currency Commitment in such Currency).
