Individual Employee Agreements Prohibited. The terms of this Agreement are to be upheld by the Region and the Union, and as such, no employee shall be permitted or required to make any verbal or written agreement with the Region or its representatives, which might conflict with the terms of this Agreement. No employee or group of employees shall undertake to represent the Union at meetings with the Employer without the proper authorization of the Union executive. The Region shall not negotiate any terms or conditions of employment with employee(s).
