Individual Instruction Clause Samples

The Individual Instruction clause defines the terms under which a party may issue specific directions or requests to another party within the scope of an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the process for submitting instructions, any limitations on the types of instructions that can be given, and the obligations of the receiving party to comply. For example, it may specify that instructions must be in writing or relate only to certain aspects of the contracted services. The core function of this clause is to provide a clear mechanism for communication and control, ensuring that both parties understand how instructions are to be handled and reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes.
