Common use of Individual Syndication Party Commitment Clause in Contracts

Individual Syndication Party Commitment. No Syndication Party shall be required or permitted to fund Advances in an amount which would exceed its Individual Lending Capacity as in effect at the time of the Administrative Agent’s receipt of the Borrowing Notice requesting such Advance.
