Common use of Individual Syndication Party Commitment Clause in Contracts

Individual Syndication Party Commitment. No Syndication Party shall be required or permitted to make a Loan which would exceed its Individual Lending Capacity as in effect at the time of the Administrative Agent’s receipt of the Borrowing Notice requesting such Loan.
