Common use of Individual Trees Clause in Contracts

Individual Trees. All trees to be cut, other than in the units described in CT.3.1, CT.3.2, CT.3.3, and CT.3.4, are Marked or designated by description. Trees are “Marked” when individually designated by Forest Service with paint marks above and below xxxxx height. Contract Area Map indicates areas plainly identified on the ground where leave trees are Marked to be left uncut.
