Common use of Individual Variations Clause in Contracts

Individual Variations. 8.1 Whilst based upon a collectively bargained Agreement, the Parties to this Agreement recognise that each of the positions covered by it are, and will increasingly become, individually specialised and that employees have or may have a desire to tailor their individual employment conditions within the context of this Agreement and the collective bargaining between the Parties.
