Individual’s Direct Authorization to Disclose PI to Third Party. In the event Contractor receives a request from the Individual or from a third party to release PI to a third party pursuant to a consent, authorization, or other written document, Contractor shall respond in accordance with Applicable Law. For any third party request for XX provided pursuant to the DUA referenced in Section 7 of the Contract, within three business days of receipt of such consent, authorization, or other written document, notify EOHHS and shall cooperate with EOHHS in confirming the validity and sufficiency of such document before releasing any PI to the third party.
