Indoor Chemical and Pollutant Source Control. The base building has been designed to minimize building occupant exposure to potentially hazardous particulates and chemical pollutants. All Tenant work affecting the entry of pollutants into the building and potential cross contamination of regularly occupied areas must be mitigated through the following strategies, as applicable to the tenant improvements:
