Inducement of Employees, Customers and Others. During the term of his employment and the Non-Compete Period, Employee shall not directly or indirectly solicit, induce, or encourage any employee, consultant, agent, or customer of Employer with whom he has worked or about whom he has gained Proprietary Information to terminate his or its employment, agency, or customer relationship with Employer or to render services for or transfer business to any Competitor of Employer.
