Common use of Indulgence, Waiver, etc Clause in Contracts

Indulgence, Waiver, etc. No failure on the part of any Party to exercise and no delay on the part of such Party in exercising any right hereunder will operate as a release or waiver thereof, nor will any single or partial exercise of any right under this Agreement preclude any other or further exercise of it or any other right or remedy. 豁免、弃权 任何协议一方对于本协议相关权利的不行使或是迟延行使均不应视为该项权利的弃权或豁免；行使本协议项下的某一或部分权利，并不影响行使进一步权利、行使其他权利或救济。
