INDUSTRIAL HEALTH AND SAFETY. The Faculty Association and the College agree that regulations made pursuant to the Workers' Compensation Act, the Factories Act or any other statute of the Province of British Columbia pertaining to the working environment, shall be complied with. First Aid kits shall be supplied in accordance with this section. All faculty must attend a Educational Seminar within the first two (2) months of employment. Faculty handling hazardous materials must also attend a training session with the first two (2) months of employment.
