Common use of INDUSTRIAL LAWS Clause in Contracts

INDUSTRIAL LAWS. Supplier agrees that neither Supplier nor any of the persons furnishing materials or performing work or services required by this Purchase Order are employees of ACA within the meaning or the application of any Federal or State Unemployment Insurance Law, Old Age Benefit Law, Social Security Law, Workers' Compensation Industrial Accident Law, or other Industrial or Labor Law. Supplier agrees at its own expense to comply with such laws and to assume all liability or obligations imposed by them.
