Industrial Products. The provisions of this Chapter shall apply to products originating in the Community or the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia listed in Chapters 25 to 97 of the Combined Nomenclature, with the exception of the products listed in Annex I. § I, (ii) of the Agreement on agriculture (GATT 1994).
