Industrial Rates. The rates to be charged for each user or consumer of natural gas classified as industrial inside the corporate limits shall be as follows: Minimum bill (includes no gas usage) $50.00 All gas usage Cost of gas including pipeline, inventory, storage and all other related charges as certified by the utility director and approved by the mayor, plus a markup per MCF set by resolution of the board of aldermen that covers the operations and overhead expenses of the department. The rates to be charged for each user or consumer of natural gas classified as industrial outside the corporate limits shall be as follows: Minimum bill (includes no gas usage) $67.00 All gas usage Cost of gas including pipeline, inventory, storage and all other related charges as certified by the utility director and approved by the mayor, plus a markup per MCF set by resolution of the board of aldermen that covers the operations and overhead expenses of the department. Optional industrial rate: Industrial customers, who use at least fifty percent (50%) of their natural gas usage for processing, may contract their natural gas rate under the following rules and terms. (1) Request must be made in writing; (2) Fifty percent (50%) of their natural gas consumption must be used in their manufacturing process; (3) Must remain on this rate for a minimum contract period of twelve (12) months; and (4) Customer must understand that if extreme conditions exist that limits the availability of natural gas, said process natural gas consumption would have to be lowered until the situation is normalized.   • Hourly Rates The following is a list of hourly billable rates that Contractor shall apply for additional services requested of the Contractor. Contractor shall be compensated based on the hourly rates set forth below, on a time and material basis for those services that are within the general scope of services of this Agreement, but beyond the description of services required under Exhibit A, and all services are reasonably necessary to complete the standards of performance required by this Agreement. Any changes and related fees shall be mutually agreed upon between the parties by a written amendment to this Agreement.   • Rental Rates Schedules for (i) proposed rental rates on heavy construction equipment, and (ii) proposed wage rates of operating engineers. The Design-Builder firm shall certify that the proposal for rental rates and proposal for wage rates comply with the Contract Documents.

  • Penal Rates (a) Weekend rate - applies to ordinary time (other than overtime) worked after midnight Friday/Saturday until midnight Sunday/Monday shall be paid at time one half (T0.5) in addition to the ordinary hourly rate of pay. (b) Public Holiday rate – applies to those hours which are worked on the public holiday. This shall be paid at time one (T1) in addition to the ordinary hourly rate of pay. (See clause 12.4-12.8 for further clarification.) (c) Night rate – applies to ordinary hours of duty (other than overtime) that fall between 2000hrs and until the completion of a rostered night duty from midnight Sunday/Monday to midnight Friday/Saturday and shall be paid at quarter time (T0.25) in addition to the ordinary hourly rate of pay.   • Accrual Rates All eligible employees shall accrue vacation pay according to the following rates:

  • Rates Agent does not warrant or accept any responsibility for, and shall not have any liability with respect to, (a) the continuation of, administration of, submission of, calculation of or any other matter related to the Term SOFR Reference Rate, Adjusted Term SOFR, Term SOFR or any other Benchmark, any component definition thereof or rates referred to in the definition thereof, or with respect to any alternative, successor or replacement rate thereto (including any then-current Benchmark or any Benchmark Replacement), including whether the composition or characteristics of any such alternative, successor or replacement rate (including any Benchmark Replacement), as it may or may not be adjusted pursuant to Section 2.12(d)(iii), will be similar to, or produce the same value or economic equivalence of, or have the same volume or liquidity as, the Term SOFR Reference Rate, Adjusted Term SOFR, Term SOFR or any other Benchmark, prior to its discontinuance or unavailability, or (b) the effect, implementation or composition of any Conforming Changes. Agent and its affiliates or other related entities may engage in transactions that affect the calculation of the Term SOFR Reference Rate, Adjusted Term SOFR, Term SOFR, any alternative, successor or replacement rate (including any Benchmark Replacement) or any relevant adjustments thereto and such transactions may be adverse to a Borrower. Agent may select information sources or services in its reasonable discretion to ascertain the Term SOFR Reference Rate, Adjusted Term SOFR or Term SOFR, or any other Benchmark, any component definition thereof or rates referred to in the definition thereof, in each case pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, and shall have no liability to any Borrower, any Lender or any other person or entity for damages of any kind, including direct or indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, costs, losses or expenses (whether in tort, contract or otherwise and whether at law or in equity), for any error or calculation of any such rate (or component thereof) provided by any such information source or service.

  • Grade The employee's grade level. (1-15)

  • Sleeping Room Rate(s) A. The Contractor shall provide sleeping rooms to the Attendees at the following rate during the Program: i. For single occupancy room, $@@@.@@ per night per room. B. The Contractor agrees that it will waive all applicable taxes and surcharges for Attendees listed on the Master Account Approval List, pursuant to the Hotel/Motel Transient Occupancy Tax Waiver (Exemption Certificate for State Agencies) form signed by the Judicial Council and included in this Agreement in Exhibit H. C. The Contractor may xxxx tax and/or surcharges, and/or tourism fees, if any, in addition to as included in the sleeping room rate, as set forth in this provision. D. The Contractor shall extend the sleeping room rate to Attendees two (2) Days before the Program and two (2) Days after the Program based on availability.
