Common use of Industry Fund – Windsor Construction Only Clause in Contracts

Industry Fund – Windsor Construction Only. 1. Each Employer to whom the provisions of this Agreement apply shall contribute an amount of five ($0.05) cents to the Welfare Fund for each hour worked by the members of the Union in his or her employ and this shall constitute an Industry Fund which shall be remitted by the Administrator of the Fund to the Windsor Construction Association. 2. Contributions made to this Fund shall be used exclusively for the benefit, promotion, and expansion and protection of the drywall industry. 3. The administration cost of this Fund shall be borne by the Windsor Construction Association.
