Any member of the bargaining 18 unit who receives a disciplinary action for the second occurrence of a Group I offense or a 19 disciplinary action for the first occurrence of a Group II or a Group III offense within one year of 20 the Eligibility Date is disqualified from progressing in the Pay Plan for that same year.
