Ineligible Uses of the Funds for the Cooperative Agreement Recipient. i. Any other eligible programmatic costs, including direct costs incurred by the recipient in reporting to EPA; procuring and managing contracts; awarding, monitoring, and managing subawards to the extent required to comply with 2 CFR § 200.331 and the “Establishing and Managing Subawards” General Term and Condition; and carrying out community involvement pertaining to the cleanup activities.
