Inform EmbassyCard of Updated Account Information. You shall promptly inform us of any changes in the information that you provided at the time of entering into these Terms, including changes in the type or nature of your business, changes in the product range, any sale or lease of your company or any other change of ownership, any change of the legal form or name of your company, changes of the address or bank account details of the company, a material adverse change in your financial condition and changes in the information that you have provided in accordance with the laws against money laundering or terrorist financing.
