Entire Understanding; No Third Party Beneficiaries This Agreement (together with the documents, agreements and instruments referred to herein) represents the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any and all other oral or written agreements heretofore made with respect to the subject matter hereof. Union and Employer Representation No employee or group of employees shall undertake to represent the Union at meetings with the Employer without the proper authorization of the Union.
