Informal Negotiations. 5-3-1 At any time during the term of this Agreement, either party may request a meeting to discuss any issue or concern. The moving party shall initiate this request by delivering a letter identifying, in detail, the issue or concern and citing the provisions in the Agreement which relate to the issue or concern.
