Informal Settlement Procedures. The Parties shall attempt to settle any and all claims, disputes, controversies or differences arising between the Parties which arise out of or in relation to or in connection with this Agreement shall in the First instance be attempted to be settled as provided in Section 11.2, and if they are not settled by negotiation, they shall be resolved by binding arbitration upon written request of either Party.
