Common use of Information about learning difficulties Clause in Contracts

Information about learning difficulties. The Parents shall notify the School when completing the Confidential Information Form and subsequently in writing if they are aware or suspect that the Student has a learning difficulty. Parents must provide the School with all relevant information, prior to Entry. Copies of any specialist reports (e.g. speech and language or educational psychologist report) must be provided, as well as information relating to any access arrangements that may be required (e.g. due to a disability). After the Student joins the School, Parents are expected to provide the School with a copy of subsequent specialist reports within 2 weeks of the Parent receiving the report; this will enable the School to support the Student in the best way possible. The Parents will be asked to Withdraw the Student, without being charged Fees In Lieu Of Notice if, in the professional judgement of the Principal and after consultation with the Parents and with the Student (where appropriate), the School is unable to provide adequately for the Student's special educational needs.
