Information about Ship Clause Samples

The 'Information about Ship' clause requires one party, typically the shipowner, to provide detailed and accurate information regarding the vessel involved in the agreement. This may include specifications such as the ship's name, registration, tonnage, classification, and any relevant certifications or inspection records. By ensuring that all parties have access to essential details about the ship, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings, supports compliance with regulatory requirements, and allows the charterer or counterparties to assess the vessel's suitability for the intended use.
