Common use of Information about Unclaimed Property Clause in Contracts

Information about Unclaimed Property. The Parent and the Representative shall assist the Payment Agent and provide such cooperation as may reasonably be necessary in the performance of the services hereunder including delivery to the Payment Agent of any and all such unclaimed property related to the Securityholders’ transaction which may not otherwise be in the Payment Agent’s possession.

Information about Unclaimed Property. The Parent and the Representative Stockholders’ Agent shall assist the Payment Paying Agent and provide such cooperation as may reasonably be necessary in the performance of the services hereunder including delivery to the Payment Paying Agent of any and all such unclaimed property related to the Securityholders’ Holders transaction which may not otherwise be in the Payment Paying Agent’s possession.
