Common use of Information as to Interest Rates Clause in Contracts

Information as to Interest Rates. Each Reference Bank agrees to furnish the Administrative Agent timely information for the purpose of determining the Eurodollar Rate for any Borrowing consisting of Eurodollar Loans. If any one or more of the Reference Banks shall not timely furnish such information, the Administrative Agent shall determine the Eurodollar Rate on the basis of timely information furnished by the remaining Reference Banks. The Administrative Agent upon determining the interest rate for any Borrowing shall promptly notify the Borrower and the Lenders thereof.
