Common use of Information by the Holders Clause in Contracts

Information by the Holders. Each of the Holders and each Other -------------------------- Stockholder holding securities included in any registration, shall furnish to the Company such information regarding such Holder or Other Stockholder and the distribution proposed by such Holder or Other Stockholder as the Company may reasonably request in writing and as shall be reasonably required in connection with any registration, qualification or compliance referred to in this Section 6. Warburg shall not be required, in connection with any underwriting arrangements entered into in connection with any registration, to provide any information, representations or warranties, or covenants with respect to the Company, its business or its operations, and such Investors shall not be required to provide any indemnification with respect to any registration statement except as specifically provided for in Section 6(g)(ii) hereof.
