Information Collection – Fund Investors. Prior to the acceptance by the Fund of any potential Fund investor’s subscription, and from time to time thereafter promptly upon the request of the Transfer Agent, the Fund or its agent shall obtain identifying information from such Fund’s investors (with respect to the Fund, each investor in the Fund being a “Fund Investor”), which identifying information, shall be determined by the Fund Investor identification requirements outlined in the Transfer Agent’s AML and Sanctions Procedures, as may be updated, revised or amended from time to time solely at the discretion of the Transfer Agent and the Bank, and which at a minimum currently includes: (i) full legal name, (ii) date of birth (if applicable), (iii) physical address and (iv) a taxpayer identification number, an Individual/International Taxpayer Identification Number or other government-issued identifier for individuals and equivalent information for entities. The Fund or its agent shall also identify for the Transfer Agent the nature and purpose of each Fund Investor’s account.
