Common use of Information Concerning Debtor Clause in Contracts

Information Concerning Debtor. Each of the undersigned hereby ----------------------------- warrants and represents to the Bank that such undersigned now has and will continue to have independent means of obtaining information concerning the affairs, financial condition and business of the Debtor. The Bank shall have no duty or responsibility to provide the undersigned (or any of them) with any credit or other information concerning the affairs, financial condition or business of the Debtor which may come into the Bank's possession.
