Common use of INFORMATION CONCERNING PROJECT Clause in Contracts

INFORMATION CONCERNING PROJECT. The CONSULTANT will not divulge information concerning this Project to anyone (including, for example, information in applications for permits, variances, etc.) without prior approval or direction of the STATE. It will obtain similar agreements from persons and firms employed by it. The STATE reserves the right to release all information as well as to time its release, form and content. This requirement shall survive the expiration of the Agreement.
