Common use of Information Concerning Pubco Clause in Contracts

Information Concerning Pubco. The undersigned acknowledges that he, she or it has received all such information as the undersigned deems necessary and appropriate to enable him, her or it to evaluate the financial risk inherent in making an investment in the Pubco Common Stock, including but not limited to Pubco’s Form 10-KSB and other reports filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and the documents and materials included therewith, which includes a description of the risks inherent in an investment in Pubco (as such term is defined in this Agreement) (the “Disclosure Documents”). The undersigned further acknowledges that he, she or it has received satisfactory and complete information concerning the business and financial condition of Pubco in response to all inquiries in respect thereof.

The undersigned further acknowledges that he, she or it has received satisfactory and complete information concerning the business and financial condition of Pubco in response to all inquiries in respect thereof.

The undersigned further acknowledges that he, she or it has received satisfactory and complete information concerning the business and financial condition of Pubco PubCo in response to all inquiries in respect thereof.
