Information Data and Reports. The Department agrees to provide employees access to written information describing the discrimination complaint procedures and their local Affirmative Employment Plan(s).

Information Data and Reports. A. Each activity will provide employees reasonable access to regulations in the activity's possession, which describe the discrimination complaints process. B. Each activity will provide employees reasonable access to their approved activity Affirmative Employment Plan, if any. C. Each activity will allow the local Union an opportunity to comment on the activity's proposed Affirmative Employment Plan before the Plan is submitted to DLA Headquarters. Any comments submitted by the local Union will be considered in developing the Plan, and a copy of the approved Affirmative Employment Plan will be provide to the local Union. D. The Employer agrees to provide the Council with a copy of the DLA Affirmative Employment Program Plans, if any, and Reports of Accomplishments submitted to DLA Headquarters, if any.

The Employer agrees to the timely posting of names and office telephone numbers of EEO Counselors on designated facility bulletin boards and the IHS Website. Management will also provide the appropriate Local Unions with a current list of its facility EEO Counselors and will update the list as necessary.

Employees with questions regarding procedures involving the EEO complaint process and applicable timeframes should contact a local EEO official or the VA’s ORM for information and assistance. Any employee who wishes to file or has filed an EEO complaint shall be free from coercion, interference, dissuasion, and reprisal. Upon request, the Department agrees to provide the Local current statistics concerning discrimination complaints filed by employees consistent with applicable laws, rules, and regulations regarding the release of information.

Information Data and Reports. The Buyer will provide the Seller with copies of all data obtained by the Buyer during the Option Period related to the Properties and their Extensions including e-logs, lithologic logs, geologic/reserve maps & reports, hydrologic reports, water quality data, environmental data & reports, and permit applications. Such data will be forwarded by the Buyer to the Seller during the Option Period on a periodic basis.
