Common use of Information for Notices Clause in Contracts

Information for Notices. No Stockholder (other than a Stockholder as of the date of this Agreement with respect to the Shares held as of such date) shall hold any of its Shares in nominee name unless it otherwise provides the Company with its name and address and other information reasonably requested by the Company in order to establish such Stockholder’s particular status under this Agreement (e.g., Green Party, Individual Related Party, etc.).
