Information for Reports. Seller shall promptly deliver any material written information, documents, records or reports with respect to the Transferred Receivables that Buyer shall reasonably request.

Information for Reports. The Partners will ensure that data is collected, validated and collated in order to meet the statutory national and local reporting requirements on a timely basis. This includes conducting and inputting to Best Value Reviews. The Partners will need to review data and information requirements on an annual basis and to take the necessary steps to ensure that robust data is available in an appropriate format by the agreed or imposed timetable. Details of some of the reports required are provided in Schedule 10 on Performance Management.

At the reasonable request of Seller, Buyer shall provide to Seller on a timely basis, in such form as Seller may reasonably request, such information relating to Seller and the Business for periods ending on or prior to the Closing Date as Seller may require in order to enable it to prepare financial, Tax and other reports and statements for such periods.

DBI shall not be responsible for the accuracy of any information provided by Employer nor shall DBI be responsible for determining the level of compliance required by the Plan. It is the sole responsibility of Employer to assure compliance with all legal reporting and disclosure requirements.
