Reports to the Joint Standing Committee. The Pool Manager will be accountable to the Joint Standing Committee and must produce for their meetings sufficient reports and documentation so that the members of the committee are able to monitor the operation of the Pooled Fund. This should include clinical governance. The Joint Standing Committee may call for additional reports deemed necessary to satisfactorily carry out of its role of managing the Partnership Agreement and monitoring performance versus targets. The Host Authority’s customer care officer will provide regular reports on progress of complaints (see Schedule 12).
