Information From Owner’s Project Representative. The Owner’s Project Representative shall provide the Contractor with information reasonably necessary to assist the Contractor in performing its services including, if applicable: (i) the Site legal description and any required survey; (ii) all written and tangible material in its possession concerning conditions below ground at the Site; (iii) if the Project involves an existing structure, all available as-built drawings, record drawings, plans, specifications and structure system information with respect to such structure; and (iv) the Owner’s Project Representative’s pertinent Project dates and key milestone dates.
