Information from Paying Agents. The Paying Agents shall make available to the Fiscal Agent such information as may reasonably be required for the maintenance of the records referred to in Clause 8.1 (Records). Each of the Paying Agents (other than the Fiscal Agent) agrees that if any information that is required by the Fiscal Agent to perform the duties set out in Schedule 6 (Duties of the Fiscal Agent under the Issuer-ICSDs Agreement) becomes known to it, it will promptly provide such information to the Fiscal Agent.
