Information from Reconciliation Manager. The Customer authorises the reconciliation manager, without direction or authority from the Customer, to provide to Transpower any information held by the reconciliation manager which Transpower reasonably requires for the purposes of calculating any Charge. This clause is intended to confer a benefit on, and be enforceable by, the reconciliation manager under Subpart 1 of Part 2 of the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017.
