Escrow Agent Not Responsible for Furnished Information The Escrow Agent will have no responsibility for seeking, obtaining, compiling, preparing or determining the accuracy of any information or document, including the representative capacity in which a party purports to act, that the Escrow Agent receives as a condition to a release from escrow or a transfer of escrow securities within escrow under this Agreement.
Disclosure of Account Information We may disclose information to third parties about Your Account or transfers You make: (1) when it is necessary to complete an electronic transaction; or (2) in order to verify the existence and conditions of Your Account for a third party such as a credit bureau or merchant; or (3) in order to comply with a government agency or court order, or any legal process; or (4) if You give Us written permission.
Master Servicer’s Financial Statements and Related Information For each year this Agreement is in effect, the Master Servicer shall submit to the Trustee, any NIMS Insurer, each Rating Agency and the Depositor a copy of its annual unaudited financial statements on or prior to March 15 of each year, beginning March 15, 2006. Such financial statements shall include a balance sheet, income statement, statement of retained earnings, statement of additional paid-in capital, statement of changes in financial position and all related notes and schedules and shall be in comparative form, certified by a nationally recognized firm of Independent Accountants to the effect that such statements were examined and prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles applied on a basis consistent with that of the preceding year.
False Information The Borrower or any Obligor has given the Bank false or misleading information or representations.

Additional Information to be Furnished to the Issuing Entity The Administrator shall furnish to the Issuing Entity from time to time such additional information regarding the Collateral as the Issuing Entity shall reasonably request.
Insurance Information The institution will provide assistance in obtaining insurance for incoming and outbound mobile participants, accord- ing to the requirements of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education. The receiving institution will inform mobile par- ticipants of cases in which insurance cover is not automatically provided. Information Access Each Party (“Disclosing Party”) shall make available to another Party (“Requesting Party”) information that is in the possession of the Disclosing Party and is necessary in order for the Requesting Party to: (i) verify the costs incurred by the Disclosing Party for which the Requesting Party is responsible under this Agreement; and (ii) carry out its obligations and responsibilities under this Agreement. PLACEMENT AGENT INFORMATION The Company agrees that any information or advice rendered by the Placement Agent in connection with this engagement is for the confidential use of the Company only in their evaluation of the Placement and, except as otherwise required by law, the Company will not disclose or otherwise refer to the advice or information in any manner without the Placement Agent’s prior written consent.
