Common use of Information furnished by Company Clause in Contracts

Information furnished by Company. Company will furnish or cause to be furnished to Xxxxx Fargo all the information concerning Company and the Company Subsidiaries required for inclusion in the Registration Statement, or any statement or application made by Xxxxx Fargo to any governmental body in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. Any financial statement for any fiscal year provided under this paragraph must include the audit opinion and the consent of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP to use such opinion in such Registration Statement.
