Information Furnished by Purchaser. It shall be a condition precedent to the Company's obligations under this Agreement that the Purchaser furnish to the Company in writing such information regarding the Purchaser and the distribution proposed by the Purchaser as the Company may reasonably request to complete or amend the information required by the MSO Registration Statement.
