Information Furnished by the Initial Purchasers. The statements set forth in the last paragraph seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, twelfth and thirteenth paragraphs, all under the section captioned “Plan of the cover page and the table following the third paragraph and the statements contained distribution” in the fourth paragraph, fifth paragraph and third sentence of the seventh paragraph under the caption "Plan of Distribution" in the Offering Memorandum, constitute the only informationinformation furnished by or on behalf of the Initial Purchasers through you as such information is referred to in Section 4(d) hereof.
