INFORMATION FURNISHED BY THE MANAGER. The Manager shall furnish to the Company such information regarding the Manager and the distribution proposed by the Manager as the Company may reasonably request in writing and as shall be reasonably required in connection with any registration, offering, qualification or compliance referred to in this Agreement.
