Information Furnished by the Representatives. The Operating Partnership and the Company acknowledge that the information under the caption “Underwriting (Conflicts of Interest)” in the Prospectus relating to concessions constitutes the only information furnished by the Representatives as such information is referred to in Sections 1(a)(i), 1(a)(iv), 6(a) and 6(b) hereof.
