Common use of Information Furnished by Underwriters Clause in Contracts

Information Furnished by Underwriters. The Underwriters severally confirm that the information appearing in the list of names of each of the Underwriters appearing on the cover page of, and under the caption “Underwriting” in the most recent Preliminary Prospectus and the Prospectus, constitute the only written information furnished to the Company by the Representatives on behalf of the Underwriters, referred to in Sections 1(e), 1(f), 1(g), 7(a) and 7(b) of this Agreement.

Information Furnished by Underwriters. The Underwriters severally confirm that the information appearing in the list of names of each of the Underwriters appearing on the cover page of, and under the caption “UnderwritingUnderwriting (Conflicts of Interest)” in the most recent Preliminary Prospectus and the Prospectus, constitute the only written information furnished to the Company by the Representatives on behalf of the Underwriters, referred to in Sections 1(e), 1(f), 1(g), 7(a) and 7(b) of this Agreementhereof.
