Information Furnished by Underwriters. The statements set forth in the first sentence of the fourth paragraph, and the tenth, eleventh, twelfth and thirteenth paragraphs under the caption “Underwriting” in the Prospectus constitute the only information furnished by or on behalf of the Underwriters, as such information is referred to in Section 1(b) and Section 8 hereof.
