Information Furnished to Manager. The Board shall at all times keep the Manager fully informed with regard to the investment guidelines, operating policies, investment and financing strategies and leverage and hedging policies of the Company. The Board shall keep the Manager reasonably informed with regard to the Board’s then current intentions as to the future of the Company. The Board shall notify the Manager promptly of its intention to sell or otherwise dispose of any of the Company’s investments or to make new investments. The Company shall furnish the Manager with such information with regard to its affairs as the Manager may from time to time reasonably request. The Company shall retain legal counsel, accountants and third party consultants to provide such legal and accounting advice, services and opinions as the Manager or the Board shall deem necessary or appropriate to adequately perform the functions of the Company.
