Common use of Information Generation Clause in Contracts

Information Generation. I acknowledge that all information generated, received or maintained by or for me on the premises or equipment of Company (including, without limitation, on computer systems and electronic or voice mail systems) is Proprietary Information and the sole property of the Company, and I hereby waive any property or privacy rights I may have with respect to such information.
