Common use of Information Held in Trust – Xx Clause in Contracts

Information Held in Trust – Xx. Xxxxxx acknowledges and agrees that all business and trade secrets, confidential information and knowledge which Xx. Xxxxxx acquires during her employment with QLT relating to the business and affairs of QLT, its affiliates or subsidiaries or to technology, systems, programs, ideas, products or services which have been or are being developed or utilized by QLT, its affiliates or subsidiaries or in which QLT, its affiliates or subsidiaries are or may become interested (collectively, “Confidential Information”), will for all purposes and at all times, both during the term of Xx. Xxxxxx’x employment with QLT and at all times thereafter, be held by Xx. Xxxxxx in trust and used by Xx. Xxxxxx only for the exclusive benefit of QLT.

Xxxxxx’x Xxx’x employment with QLT and at all times thereafter, be held by Xx. Xxxxxx Xxx in trust and used by Xx. Xxxxxx Xxx only for the exclusive benefit of QLT.
