Common use of Information List Clause in Contracts

Information List. Delphi shall provide to GM within ten (10) business days after the Effective Date an initial list of the following information as of the Effective Date for all Delphi active (with a seniority date on or before May 28, 1999) and retired hourly employees: social security number, name, birth date, credited service, wage rate, union affiliation, and active or retired status, and whether Delphi has them designated as a Covered Employee. The final determination of who is a Covered Employee shall be made by GM. The list shall also include information regarding surviving spouses of potential Covered Employees who may have a pension benefit under the Retirement Equity Act of 1984. Three months after the initial list is provided, Delphi shall provide a final list with the information requested.
