Information on Awards. 1. A procuring entity shall promptly inform suppliers participating in a tendering procedure of its contract award decision. On request, a procuring entity shall provide a supplier whose tender was not selected for award the reasons for not selecting its tender. 2. Each Party shall require its procuring entities either to promptly publish, or to publish no later than 60 days after award of a contract, a notice that includes at least the following information about the award: (a) the name of the procuring entity; (b) a description of the goods or services procured; (c) the value of the contract award; and (d) the name of the winning supplier. 3. A procuring entity shall maintain records and reports of tendering procedures relating to covered procurements, including the reports provided for in Article15.15.3, and shall retain such records and reports for a period of at least three years.
